CHInano Conference & Expo (also known as “CHInano”), is the most influential, authoritative and largest international event of the nanotechnology applications industry in China and provides for global top-notch experts, scholars and industry leaders a premium platform for academic exchanges, technology docking, company display, product promotion and capital cooperation. CHInano 2025 will be held at Suzhou International Expo Center from October 23 to 25, 2025, during which 20+ domestic and foreign academicians will be invited to attend and share presentations, and more than 10 concurrent cutting-edge conferences will be held in the meantime, with an exhibition area expanded to 24,000 square meters and more than 27,000 onsite visitors are expected.

    As a professional competition under CHInano, the 14th CHInano Venture Contest / the 5th CHInano MEMS Venture Contest will be focusing on cutting-edge nanotechnologies, especially MEMS. From March to September 2025, 6 regional and industry contests will be held in Suzhou, Xi'an, Beijing, Shenzhen and other cities with the finals held in Nanopolis Suzhou on October 22, 2025. The contest is aimed to gather high-quality project resources, promote the transformation and implementation of scientific and technological achievements and accelerate the development of enterprises so as to drive the continuous progress of the whole nanotechnology industry.

  As a key device for obtaining information and enabling interaction, MEMS plays an important role in promoting the miniaturization of mechanical systems. MEMS sensors have been widely used in automotive electronics, consumer electronics, aerospace, biomedical, industrial and other fields. China has seen rapid growth of the MEMS industry in 2024, as the development of domestic high-end chips, EDA software, manufacturing and testing equipment was urged by the complex and fast-changing international climate. On the other hand, the rapid promotion of Internet of Things and the popularization of IoT and other technologies has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities for the domestic MEMS industry and "intelligent, miniaturized, and integrated" has become a new consensus in the international MEMS industry. The establishment of the Science and Technology Innovation Board will also boost the emergence of new leaders in the MEMS industry, accelerate the survival of the fittest, and promote the rapid development of the industry.
